I'm sorry to hear that. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and banned. We really can't look into this from the forums though. The Terms of Service team is the only team who handles ban. To have this looked into to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.
In the meantime, if you're concerned someone's hacked your account, please double-check you've gone through resetting as many of the security steps you can to help prevent further login attempts that aren't yours.
Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts you might have linked up to the EA account as well; to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
