Banned cause my account got hack

I can understand you're trying to find an alternate channel to get some additional information, but I'm afraid we are not able to discuss any details about an account here on the forums.

 

The only place to appeal an account action will be through our Terms of Service team with these steps. 

 

If you've already gone through that process and have been declined multiple times, that would be final and not something that can be changed here or elsewhere, sorry.

If you suspect that your account was hacked, then I recommend following all of the steps in this article to make sure that your account stays safe in the future. Once you've done that, if you'd like to raise a ban dispute, reach out to our terms of service team. They can take a look for you.
