[2022] What's the difference between the colour of a headshot and a gold shield hit?

If I'm not mistaken, a headshot is yellow numbers with a red outline, and a gold armour hit is white numbers with a yellow outline. The difference can be a little subtle in the heat of a fight.

I know that Apex has three colour blind options built in. I don't suppose they help make it clearer?
