Hey @Zensaition,
These are public forums, not a private ticket where you're guaranteed a one-on-one discussion.
Generally speaking others are perfectly allowed to post in a thread, especially if it's dealing with the same situation they're encountering as well.
In this case however, as others have correctly pointed out, we are unable to review or change any account actions here on the forums.
The only ones able to look into this further would be our Terms of Service team, so if you'd like to have an account action reviewed, you will need to take it up with them using these steps.
