[2021] Out of sync error got me a penalty

Hi @WickedFrogLegs, 

I'm afraid we can't help with an abandon penalty, but I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop more of these errors from happening again in the future. 

A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same error after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation
