There isn't much we'll be able to do from the forums, aside from asking probing questions to help get you thinking about things and give you an idea on where to start looking.

 

For example;

  1. Can you remember the email account registered to the EA account (don't post it please)?
  2. Was there any purchases made through the Origin store that you can check for email receipts?
  3. Can you locate any ea emails in your email inbox (password reset links, confirmation emails, etc)? 
  4. Are there any connected accounts linked up like a PlayStation or Xbox?
  5. Are you able to log into your EA account at the moment? Try loading up an ea website like help.ea.com to test it. Request a password reset link and see if it comes through.

If you can successfully log in you'll be able to then update the account information yourself without needing the support teams help.

Thanks for checking those things. It sounds like you've access to the email that was at one point registered to the EA account. When you requested a password reset link to that email, did one come through for you?

Ok, there's no way around it; you'll need the help of the EA Help Support Team on this one then I'm afraid. 

 

If you can pass the account security stage with them, they'll be able to help you make changes to the account information including updating the email registered to it. The opposite is also true though, if you can't provide enough accurate information to pass the verification stage, their hands will be tied. Please work with them to proceed with the case.
