Unlinking accounts used for Apex can actually have a number of side effects as seen here, so generally speaking we'd suggest avoiding this altogether where possible. 

 

If you have a sibling wanting to play, they should be using an account registered with their own information instead so that's kept separate.

 

Don't forget that if you feel the ban on your account was placed there incorrectly, you can appeal this with our Terms of Service team here.

We do not permit account sharing, so we wouldn't be able to assist with getting around an account ban to help someone other than the registered account owner access an account, I'm afraid.

You're able to submit multiple appeals for our Terms of Service team to consider, but if they've already reviewed the appeals and declined to removed the penalty, we wouldn't be able to make any changes here either.

We're unfortunately not able to help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team, they can take a look at how they can either help you update your EA account details, or they can help you unlink your account. Just note that they'll likely need to ask for some account related in formation in order to verify you as the account owner, so try to keep that info on-hand.

Try picking a different problem category. Since you can't access the email address, try picking the one that says that you're having issues logging in.
