The account has been hacked and eahelp has no effect

I'm afraid we cannot assist with any account actions here on the forums.

 

If your account was hacked and you have not already done so, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.   For banned accounts you'll then need to submit an appeal here to have our Terms of Service team review the ban.  

If they've already completed multiple reviews and have still declined to remove the ban, that would be final and not something we can change either, sorry.
