Hey there,

I've edited the post just to remove the actioned username. If that resulted in the account being actioned, please don't repeat it here either.

Regarding the ban itself, I'm afraid there is not an alternate route to appeal an account action. The only method to do this would be through our Terms of Service team, which it sounds like you've already done.

If they've reviewed an action multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, that would be final and not something we can change here either, sorry.

Sorry @ProDickyBird, Community Managers are not able to provide second chances or have any influence on actions taken on an account.

The only team able to do so would be our Terms of Service team that has already reviewed the situation multiple times.

While they may use some templated responses to keep the information being provided consistent to other similar situations, these are reviewed by individual people from the ToS team. Each appeal would be reviewed by a different person as well, so if it's reached the point where no further appeals will be reviewed, that situation has been investigated by multiple different people.

They'll simply look at whether the situation being appealed was a violation of our Rules of Conduct, so in that regard I'm afraid there's really nothing to explain. Either it was a violation or it wasn't, there's not any sort of middle category where it was a violation but there was an acceptable reason for it.

Hi @ProDickyBird,

This will be final as our Terms of Service team has already completed multiple investigations, sorry. There's nothing more that can be done at this point.

Even aside from the naming issues, this was not the first chat violation on the account, so there will be no overturning this one. Mako.png
