I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to investigate ban or suspensions cases. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. I'm not sure why the page linked via the email came up blank. Was it the EA User Agreement? I've checked that page and it displays for me, hopefully it works for you too.
