Hey @Deke96,
If you had to reset your password before you could get back into the account, it definitely sounds possible that someone else had accessed that and caused the ban.
You'll want to reach out to an advisor with the steps in this article to get this appealed with our Terms of Service team. Once they've investigated they will reach back out via email.
As the TOS team is the only ones able to review a banned account this isn't something we can do directly on the forums, but I would also make sure you've taken steps to re-secure the account aside from the password reset in the meantime.
