Unfortunately we're not able to look into bans here on the forums. It sounds like you've already reached out to our terms of service team, which is the right way to go, as they can take a look into this for you to see if it's justified.

But if they've already responded that it is, and you don't use chat in any way in-game, then is it possible that maybe it's an account name issue? Could that be flagged as offensive and be causing you to get these temporary bans?

I get the frustration, especially when it's ambiguous what the actual issue is. Hopefully you can get to the bottom of it though. I don't suppose your ban history has any more information as to what the problem might be?
