The problem is they do the legend balance changes only in mid season update or after a month in some kind of LTM update. If seer is broken, we'll have to wait atleast a month before he gets nerfed.

That’s what I’m here for. If Rampage or Seer are busted out the gate, we adjust quickly with a hotfix. If they’re strong but we’re not sure where they fall in the meta, we generally wait till a later patch to let things develop
