Hey @alphaloll

 

It's definitely odd that you can hear the audio when the volume mixer is pulled up. If you click on the volume icon in your taskbar what is it showing as your current audio device? If you click on the audio device does it give you the option to change to a different output? Does your controller audio show up there?

Is this only happening if you're running the audio through your controller? If you connect headphones or to your PC or run the audio through speakers does the same thing happen?

Ah, I see. Are you using any sort of audio management software on your PC such as an equalizer? If so, have you tried disabling it to see if that helps at all?

An equalizer is a program that will let you adjust your audio levels. Some PCs have software like this built-in from the factory. Do you know if there's any such program running on your PC?
