SUPPORT SAYS CROSS PROGRESS BUG! FRUSTRATED!

Hey @antcopia1,   It looks like you've unlinked the Xbox account from its original EA account and had later connected it to this EA account instead.   Sadly that will not do what you're hoping here, as progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another.   This is detailed a bit further in the warning when unlinking any account as well as in our Cross Progression announcement and guides below.   If you're looking to restore any lost progress, you would need to re-link the platform to its original EA account.
