This can happen when you go through the process to unlink an account that's played Apex, as outlined here:
Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account
You can try re-linking the original account instead if you still have access, however if you no longer have access or are otherwise unable to do so, this wouldn't be something that can be manually fixed I'm afraid.
We do have a bug report thread here where you can keep an eye out for more updates on a fix as we get them, but we don't have a specific ETA at this time.
