Level reverted from 400 to 10 in apex

Are you noticing any missing skins or cosmetics on the account, or just the level change?

From a quick look it doesn't appear the account was wiped, so I suspect you may just have been closer to level 500 and are just working your way through the second set of 500 levels. Does your level 10 badge have a green background?

We increased the level cap a little while back, so you'll essentially be able to reach 500 a total of 4 times (2000 levels total), which lets you continue earning packs as you level as you mentioned here.
