There are some steps we can try that might help with the errors you've been seeing. A good place to start off would be with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same errors after that please let me know.

A code: snake error doesn't always mean your account has been banned or suspended. I see it come up sometimes just for connection issues. 

We can try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help you get back up and running. Were you able to try running through the steps I linked in my post above to see if that makes a difference for you?
