@DionneJ What type of headset do you use? Do you plug it through the controller, or wirelessly from the Xbox? Illium.png

Hi @DionneJ Can you try to following to see if its picked up?

 

  • Update the controller's firmware
  • try another controller
  • Persistent Storage 

    1. Go to settings Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
    2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
