Unfotunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute, then I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can take a look at this for you.

Unfortuantely if they've made their final decision, we can't overrule that. They're the only team with the power to overturn bans, and if they've come to the conclusion that it was justified then there's nothing more I can recommend.
