Hey @RSteele0074,

There are some other things we can try that might help with this.

I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website first, when you have the chance. If you're still running into the same issues after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still having trouble starting up a game after that.

Thanks again,

@RSteele0074,

Got it, thanks.

Have you also had a chance to try setting a different DNS on your PS4? I've seen some cases where setting a different DNS can help with similar issues. To update the DNS on your PS4 follow the steps below:

1. Go to your PS4 Settings

2. Select Network

3. Choose Set Up Internet Connection

4. Select WiFi or LAN Cable (depending on what type of connection you're using)

5. Choose CustomIP Address Settings (automatic)DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use)DNS Settings (Manual)

6. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.

Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to try it out. Thanks again!

@RSteele0074

Were you getting a specific error message when you were unable to connect? If so, what was that full error?
