Were you able to check this page to make sure your account meets all the other criteria as well? It sounds like you've hit the major points but may be worth checking through that info.

 

Just to verify, I'd also be sure you restarted your game after re-enabling account verification and not before. If you hadn't had a chance to log out and back in since resetting account verification that'd be worth a shot as well.

 

If you're still seeing the same thing after that point, I'd suggest contacting support directly so they can take a look over the account itself for any other issues.
