I'm so sorry, we can't look into the suspicious activity or the ban for you from the forums. Please fill in the webform and our Terms of Service team will review it. This EA Help article will guide you through that process. They'll aim for a 72hr response time but depending the queue it can take a bit longer. I'd suggest reviewing this EA Help article to learn more about bans and suspensions.
If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, please follow these steps to help re-secure your account. There may be some steps there that can't be completed while the ban is in place but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the account so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is live and the remaining steps can be completed if the ban is overturned.
Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
