Lost Apex Progress After Linking EA Account to Steam

progress is linked to the EA account, not the platform account - so if you were playing Apex on Steam before and then relinked the Steam account to a different EA account, the progress from that Steam account won't transfer over.

 

In order to get your progress back, you will have to relink the accounts to what they were previously linked to. If you explain your situation, Support can help you redo those links before the six month limit.
