Please do not post any personal information on the boards, as these are publicly visible to anyone. I've removed the attachment as that displayed your name and other personal details in addition to the IP addresses mentioned.

As far as the account ban itself, we cannot assist with this on the forums, nor are we able to perform a separate review, sorry.

This can only be reviewed by our Terms of Service team using these steps, which it sounds like you've already done multiple times.

 If they have completed multiple reviews and declined to remove an action, that is not something we'll be able to change here either.
