[2023] Does your steam email have to be the same as your EA and Xbox for cross to work?

Your Steam account needs to be connected to the same EA account as any other platforms you're wanting to play with Cross Progression, but it doesn't matter which email is used for the account.

You can take a look at your EA account page here to see which other platforms are linked. 

If you're seeing everything there, you'll be all set once Cross Progression is activated on the account.

Keep in mind that if your Steam is linked to a different EA account entirely, you won't be able to transfer the progress to a different EA account.
