You should have an email sent to the registered email address of your EA Account. The email may contain some basic information about any account action taken. Beyond that, I'm afraid we're not able to provide any information or review a ban on the forums, but our Terms of Service team can take a look for you if you think there's been a mistake. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team.
