There were some issues yesterday that were causing problems with the store not displaying packs or currency properly. That should be fixed now.
If you're still not seeing the packs I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website.
If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook if that works better for you.
