We'd need to first verify some information about the account(s) in question, so for this you will need to reach out and try speaking with an advisor again.

While you're going through that process to speak with someone, I would also strongly suggest going through these security steps to make sure no one else still has access to the account.

If your EA account has been hacked, then I recommend following our steps on how you can resecure your EA account. It also has steps on how you can reach out to live support if you can't access your account anymore.
