[2021] Game Takes forever to load after "Click to Continue"

Hi there, 

From what you're describing I am wondering if this might be connection-related. Can we try out some connectivity troubleshooting to see if that helps? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. 

If you're still seeing any issues with the game loading or lagging after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

Were you able to try running through the troubleshooting steps I recommended above? Are you still running into the same issues as before?
