I do see a number of replies were sent regarding your initial request a couple months back.
It may help to check any spam, junk, or trash folders if you never noticed these just to make sure they're not being filtered out automatically.
You may also be able to view those from your case history page.
Beyond that however, do keep in mind that the information from your prior post still holds true. Once our Terms of Service team has completed multiple reviews of a situation and declined to remove a penalty, that is not something we'll be able to change either.
Ultimately there are only so many times our records can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, so after numerous appeals the ToS team may no longer review the situation.
