[2023] I found that apex and a software start at the same time will lead to blocking

Please don't like to google drive on our forums; it's impossible to tell if they'll lead somewhere safe because they could link to anything. They'll typically get removed if you post them.

As for the ban on your account, unfortunately we're not able to help with those here of the forums. You mention that you've already reached out to our terms of service team a few times and they've declined to remove the sanction. Unfortunately they have the final say in a case like this, and if they decide not to remove the ban there's nothing we can do to assist.
