Hey @zee512

I'm afraid that an account ban or suspension is not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already the best thing to do would be reaching out to the Terms of Service team. They can review your account and see if the ban can be overturned.

For more info on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website

Hey @zee512

If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team that's all you'll need to do for now. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long it might take to complete an investigation like this. It can vary depending on how many cases the team is working through at the moment. Keep an eye out for a response at your email.

Hi @ArtikIsDead

From reading the email that you shared in your opening post, there isn't a strike on your account that would result in a ban from Terms of Service. They've asked you to get in touch with our support team if you're having trouble logging in and playing from the account. An advisor will take a look and see what might be causing that issue for you if there's no strike. You can reach them through the following channels:

  • EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary
  • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance
  • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

Thanks,
