[2022] Opening lootbox game crashing then lootbox not being there or gaining anything

Hey @Smash5kirby,

Not to worry, the game adds the items to your account immediately once the pack is opened, so even if something happens during the opening animation you'll still have received the contents of the pack.

I've noticed this doesn't always flag them as new items however, so if you're not seeing anything in your collection please feel free to reach out to support and they should be able to let you know what was in the pack.
