The escalation possible in this case would be providing feedback that you'd like to see a system or process for correcting accidental purchases with the wrong currency.

What's not possible is to escalate this to manually change those values for you, as again that's not a service we currently provide for anyone.

This feedback has been passed along and that would be the extent of what we're able to offer in these situations for the time being.

Sorry @ScaryNameGoHere, I know that's not what you're looking to hear, but that is the only resolution we have for these types of situations.

It's not possible to swap the payment method after you've completed an in-game purchase, but we'll pass along the feedback about how this system works.
