I can definitely understand the frustration when something like that happens, but purchase/payment issues are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. Did you attempt to purchase those Coins through the Xbox store? If so, those payments would have gone through the Xbox billing system. We don't have visibility into that system because it's not our platform. If you run into an issue with a purchase made through the Xbox store it would be best to get in touch with the folks over at Xbox Support so they can take a look.
If you'd like to continue working with us to see if we can stop these crashes you've been seeing, I think we should look into some connectivity troubleshooting. In some cases a crash like this can actually be the result of a connection issue.
