If you run into something with one of the following you would need to speak with our support for them to further look at and see what could be done.
We are able to provide any relevant troubleshooting for issues players may encounter, take feedback, and share potential bugs with our team. If they are unable to assist with the content you are missing I would be happy to let our team know what you're running into.
In case your running into a visual issue or something not loading correctly to display your items you can also try the following troubleshooting steps:

Repair Apex via Origin, Or Verify via Steam
- Loading your device in a Clean Boot
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
