[2021] EA has poor communication skills with their customers.

Investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have. 

 

Please keep in mind it can take up to 30 days to hear back from them, I would recommend keeping an eye on your email every day for any communication that is sent back from them.
