If you need help changing the email address on your EA account, I recommend that you reach out to our live support team via the following link:

They can help you update your account details. In order to verify you as the account owner (Which they'll need to do before they can help), they'll likely need to ask you some account related questions, so try to keep that sort of information on hand.

So to reach out you need to select a product, and then from there you can go on about what specific problem you're having. When in doubt, if you click "See more" you should see a big yellow/orange EA button with "The EA App" underneath. If you're contacting about account issues, that's always a safe one to pick.
