@IslamGhunymGTX Looking at the images shown, it does appear at a few IP addresses you are having Packet Loss. I would commend going through our Basic and Advanced connection troubleshooting to see if we can help with this. If not we may need to show this to your ISP for additional assistance.

@IslamGhunymGTX Wanted to confirm in the Program you used, 'pingplotter' does the column 'pl%' not stand for packet loss, I am not familiar with this program?

If it does then this is a significant factor, you are correct in the sense that ping time is a sort of trip time from you to the server, however, packet loss would help denote how much of the information being sent is getting to the server and what amount is getting lost.

even if you are not directly accessing the nodes along your path to our servers if bits of needed information for the game get lost at these points then this can cause different issues with how the game performs and how it displays anything to you, based on what information does make it back.

We advise you to speak with your ISP since we are unable to assist or control the digital path your internet takes to get to our servers. That's why showing this information to your ISP could help them identify issues, or work total a solution to present a stable connection to the servers. - Illium
