You should have received an email with a bit more detail about any account action as well, so I'd definitely check your email filters and the spam/junk/trash folders to make sure that wasn't missed.

 

Aside from that I would reach out to our Terms of Service team with these steps so they can take another look at the situation and provide a bit more information regarding that action.

I would also suggest going through these security steps to re-secure the account as best you can in the meantime, in that case. 

 

That should help make sure no one else may have access to the account while this is being looked into.

 

If you've already created an appeal with the steps in my prior post our Terms of Service team will reach out to you once they finish the investigation, I appreciate the patience in the meantime.

Here on the forums we cannot provide any information about what led to the ban, sorry.

 

Only the Terms of Service team is able to do so, so if you've created an appeal using these steps you would simply need to wait and hear back from them.

Fortunately this isn't on you to prove, our Terms of Service team will have the records at their disposal to take a look at what happened when an action is appealed so don't fret too much in that regard. Standard smile

 

You'll just need to make that appeal which you've already done, so from that point it would be a matter of waiting to hear back. That 30 days is the maximum it would typically take, but you should be hearing back substantially faster since we don't have a particularly high volume of those requests currently.

 

If you want to double-check on a potential payment or account issue feel free to reach out to support directly as well. From that link, the options for Origin  | PC  | Manage my account  | Manage account details would be the best bet to speak with support about the account itself.

 

Keep in mind support would not be able to review the ban, but should be able to take a look at your recent transactions and account activity to see if there are any other concerns.
