[2022] Banned on apex legends

I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

At the moment, the only way to have your ban case reviewed is to contact the Terms of Service team is through filling out the webform.  Here’s how to open a case and fill out the webform:

 

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any additional details.
   • For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
6. Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
8. Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
