[2022] All my legends are locked and I’m missing all the content I previously had?

If you had unlinked an account in the past, that can cause ongoing issues with content unlocks on the account, as outlined here.

The best thing to do would be to reach out to support so they can check over the account and be sure it was correctly re-linked as best as possible.
