[2023] My account got banned on valentine's day. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

I'm sorry,  I'm afraid we can't look into this for you, on Answers HQ, but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

I'm sorry but we're limited in the support we can offer on Answers HQ. We don't have any ability to make changes to your EA account, can't grant access to the game, lift locks or fast track things.

There is no alternative method to have your ban looked into either. The Terms of Service team will need to review this for you, getting that ban appeal sent in using the steps I shared in my earlier post will be the only way to have this reviewed further at this point.
