ff event pack and 6300 gil disappeared

Apologies for the concern here. We have seen an issue that can cause certain event packs to be automatically opened if that screen is left, such as when your queue pops.

Fortunately the items are added to your collection and are not lost, though sadly the pack opening animation would be missed in that case. 

For this latest pack that was purchased with Gil, you received:

Flatline skin (Rare)

Alternator skin (Rare)

Holospray (Epic, Event)

You may need to check through your collection if the new item notification is not appearing, but it does look like these were all successfully added to the account.
