[2021] Season 9 freezing in game

Can we try running through some other steps to see if we can help with this? 

A good place to start would be with the basic connection steps from the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still seeing any freezing issues after that.
