I'll definitely take note of what you mentioned about the reporting options on PS4 and ask around about that as well, thanks for the heads-up there. In the meantime you should be able to use the steps under the REPORTING ACTIVITY WITHOUT AN IN-GAME OPTION section of that article to send off a report via the website if you do come across anything you find suspicious.
