That error code is the general error for an app crashing on PS4, so I'm afraid it doesn't give us much context on what might be causing the crashes. If reinstalling the game hasn't helped, can you also try rebuilding the database on your PS4 to see if that makes a difference?
To rebuild the database start up your PS4 in Safe Mode, then choose the Rebuild Database option from the menu. Let me know if that helps once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thank you!
