I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned or be able to overturn it from the forums. Could you check the in-game message and email?
- In-game message: For a specific game ban, like with Apex, there will be a message that crops up when you try to log into the game.
- Emails from '[email protected]': Terms of Service will notify you through email when a ban or suspensions been added with some context as to why a ban was added.
If there's no in-game message or email, but your positive there's been a ban and think it was added by mistake/the rules weren't broken, then our Terms of Service team can take a look for you. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team.
