Sorry to hear you've had some trouble getting your Apex Coins to show up.
It does look like a large number of cases have been created here, which can actually delay things rather than speeding them up as our support will need to check into and close out duplicate cases before this can be addressed.
I'd definitely suggest keeping any further replies to a single case to help avoid other delays here. You can keep an eye on your current cases here for a reply from support or to resume an ongoing case rather than starting a new one.
At this point it looks like your best bet would be the recent case ending in 3857, so please keep an eye out there for a response from the team.
